For Customers:

  • When receiving service from Service Nin Dot Com (servicenin.com), the customer will not hold them responsible for any pre-existing issues or potential risks in the product during the service provided by technicians.
  • If a customer declines to proceed with the service after order confirmation for any reason, they will be required to pay a quotation/service point visit charge. This charge will only be applicable in emergency service situations.
  • Clients are solely responsible for the supervision, usage, and caution regarding the services provided by service providers.
  • Service Nin Dot Com (servicenin.com) will not be liable for any direct or consequential damage, loss, accident, theft, or any other form of physical or personal harm to the customer's property or personal safety during the service.
  • Minimum lead time for service booking is 4 hours.
  • Emergency support may incur additional service charges and downtime.
  • After the service is completed, an 8-day service warranty will be provided, but any product warranty or guarantee is not covered by Service Nin Dot Com (servicenin.com). Product warranties, if any, will be provided as per the policies of the respective companies.
  • If any technician/vendor sent by our platform fails to provide the service at your office or home, you will only be charged a visiting fee. Transportation expenses for carrying goods/parts will be borne by you.
  • You are required to pay for equipment/parts expenses along with service charges. After the service is completed, you will receive a text message or email from servicenin.com, and you will need to make the payment online or through cash on delivery.

For Service Providers:

  • Service Nin Dot Com (servicenin.com) and the applicant will work together as business partners. No one will provide a salary to anyone; only job wages will be provided.

  • Servicenin.com will bear the cost of ongoing advertisements. Technicians/vendors are not required to bear any advertising expenses.

  • Vendors or technicians must provide their bank account or bKash/Rocket/cash account details within the first week of each month for commission payment. Additionally, your commission status will be updated in your servicenin.com profile.

  • Technicians must provide photocopies of their voter ID card, photo, and trade license to servicenin.com, either online or offline, before starting work.

  • If there is any unlawful or harmful work done by technicians/vendors, Service Nin Dot Com (servicenin.com) will not be liable for it. Technicians/vendors will be responsible for their actions.

  • After receiving a job order from Servicenin.com, the vendor or technician will contact the customer via mobile SMS, call, or online, and will carry the order form to the customer. The vendor or technician must arrive at the customer's specified address at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Vendors or technicians shall not engage in any dispute with the customer.

  • Servicenin.com's business-related confidentiality or plan shall not be disclosed to any other company.

  • In case of any breach of contract or for any other reason, Servicenin.com reserves the right to deactivate or cancel the vendor's or technician's panel. Additionally, Servicenin.com may impose any new terms or cancel any existing terms as deemed necessary.
